custom common sense titanium bicycle frames :: Common sense = excellent fit + reasonable clearance + reasonable tire size + dirt/off-road capability + resilience. Dirt don't hurt. A specialist in single speed/fixed wheel + flared/dirt drop bar specific frames as well as mixed surface ultralight bikepacking/self-sufficient dirt tour setups since 1998. 3Al-2.5V titanium tubing. Custom geometry. 700c/29" wheels with clearances available for 35mm-55mm tires. 1 1/8" headset. 27.2mm seatpost. 68mm English BB shell (73mm shell available for "monstercross" + "mountain" frames taking 700x40+ tires). 135mm rear spacing (130mm available for low Q-factor setups). Track ends. Cantilever/linear pull brake bosses or long reach sidepull brake bridge or no rear brake mountings for fixed wheel specificity if desired. 430mm = maximum axle-to-crown fork dimension, which allows for ample clearance for larger tires (e.g. 29 x 2.1" treads) if desired with unicrown, flat crown, cast crown, segmented, or other custom steel (recommended) forks. Other "weld-on" options too. Drawings can be provided to bikepacking kit providers for frame bag design. Simple + functional. Less to worry about > "solutions" for all eventualities. Go > show. To receive, send one letter to the address in the 'contact' section below with what you want and a fair donation paid in well-concealed currency. I can accept the following: CAD$, US$, UK£, and €. Canada Post money orders payable to 'Matt Chester' are fine as well. (please see note below)

Zines are ~5oz/140g (~80 pages half-sized generally) each and are sent via the mail with the quickest reasonable service.
